Free Tea Tastings Daily!302 6th Ave @ Clement St.
Drinking aged white tea seems to be the trend nowadays, especially when they taste remarkable as they mature and develop an incredibly sweet and lingering aftertaste. Our 2008 Aged White Mu Dan started out as a 2nd grade white tea with the bud and two leaves, hand picked, harvested, and processed in Fu An, China.
Earthy, floral, smooth, with no bitterness, followed with a lingering sweet aftertaste.
Origin: Fuding, Fujian Province
We recommend using glass-based or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 150ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 85°c (185°F) to 90°c (194°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
