This is one of the most interesting teas we've brought back with us during our recent tea sourcing trip. This barely oxidized green oolong, from Anxi, Fujian, is made and produced with a new tea cultivar, which is a cross between Yellow Gold Huang Jin Gui, and Tie Guan Yin Iron Goddess. As a result, it is a very interesting and very tasty tea! It has the buttery, osmanthus, and deep citrus aromas of Yellow Gold Huang Jin Gui, but the floral lilac bouquet and silky, grassy aftertaste will definitely remind you of Tie Guan Yin Iron Goddess. This is a must try!
